Building the actual interface is less of a priority than specifying what metadata we want to keep, see https://github.com/dirac-institute/trailblazer/issues/7

The initial part of this was done with #23 🎉 @Jasminewatt2100 is going to work on improving the query tool when she is back from vacation in September.

Next steps can include:

Add select statements (actual query actions) to fields aside from instrument
Standardize instrument names in tandem with the fits processor in the upload tool
Add the row hover functionality Michele mentioned from the CADC to show the gallery thumbnail for each image
Make text in the table a link that redirects to gallery page
Add checkbox selection column that returns a dict/CSV/similar OR a bulk download button
