Introduce application menu to allow common keyboard shortcuts #21

Based on https://electron.atom.io/docs/api/menu/

Seems to only work when packaging the app. I tested it on macOS, so it still needs testing for Linux and Windows.

The menu does work for me in dev mode, but it names the first menu 'Brave' instead of Signal. Thanks!
