seems to work only when installed globally #3

Only npm install -g snowflake-cli worked (on MacOS)

Is that to be expected?

it works for me on macos when installed non-globally. (big sur, node v16.14.0, npm 8.3.1)

can confirm: macOS 11.6.4 node 17.6.0
