Add German translation #21

Hi direc85,

thanks for Battery Buddy! I added German translation. I don't know Qt very well so I don't know if it suffices to just put the file in that directory but from what I understand that's all I have to do. ;)

If more files need to be changed please ping me.

Thanks for the new translation! I'll check the build before committing, and update the project file if needed.
