loadDynamic #68

Hello,

I wanted to use the dynamic loading of the grid, I could not make it to work until I added 'loadDynamic' to viewOptions array in line 53 of bbGrid.js.

I think it should be added in source control.

Hello, added, but this mode have some serious problems that I can't solve.
