Splashpage carousel should scroll faster! #613

In as much detail as possible, please describe what you would like to see.

1. Go to the splashpage
2. Change carousel to scroll at frequency of 1-2 seconds (in order to view all 
options quickly)
3.

What operating system are you using?
Mac OSX 10.9.5

Thanks! Fixed in the 'develop' branch (made scroll 2.5 secs, otherwise the 
constant movement starts to become a bit distracting if you have the oppia page 
in the background).
