Adjust alignment on splashpage text

In as much detail as possible, please describe what you would like to see.

1. Go to Oppia splashpage
2. Adjust the "Hi I'm Oppia" text downward, possibly centered. It feels like 
something is missing below it!

What operating system are you using?
Mac OSX

Please provide any additional information below.
