Purpose of code changes on this branch:
Mostly UI improvements for the reader and editor. Slightly increased font size 
in reader/editor, switched how font sizes are handled so that changing the 
browser's font-size will change the font size on the page.

When reviewing my code changes, please focus on:
Code Health, UI changes

After the review, I'll merge this branch into: develop
