Include "Congratulations" at the end of an exploration from an "End Conversation" interaction #703

In as much detail as possible, please describe what you would like to see.

1. Create an exploration
2. Include an "End conversation" interaction

What operating system are you using?
Mac OSX

Please provide any additional information below.
Users are providing feedback that they're not sure they've finished when the 
interaction is "End conversation." This is because there is no 
"Congratulations, you've finished the exploration" when the interaction is "End 
conversation," as it is with the End State.

Request is to have a "Congratulations, you've finished the exploration" that 
comes directly after the "End conversation" interaction.
