"I don't understand what this says" button in explorations #835

It would be highly useful for explorations to have a "I don't understand what 
this says" or similarly-worded button next to the latest card the learner is 
working on. The button would allow additional feedback (set by the creator) to 
display, hopefully to clarify the card in greater detail. It's similar to a 
"I'm lost" or "I don't know what I'm doing" button.
