Purpose of code changes on this branch:
To update the frontend exploration editor to properly allow creation and 
management of answer groups.

When reviewing my code changes, please focus on:
everything, especially code cleanup (I moved a lot of things around and I want 
to make sure nothing dead is left behind).

After the review, I'll merge this branch into: develop
