Add note on Gatsby's `gatsby-plugin-sharp` limit known-issue #36

I don't fully understand the details tbh.

gatsby-plugin-sharp doesn't correctly handle rate limits or spreading of requests, meaning that every image used in a website is attempted to be downloaded at once, causing issues in the rate limiter.
