What is your idea?
The article aims to give the reader a tutorial and proof of concept of creating a customer service chat feature for their business. The article will be divided into several sections:
1. An overview of project, purpose and features
2. Setting up UI with React.js and Tailwind
3. Setting up Directus
4. Integrating Directus with Websocket
5. Deploying app to cloudflare for live demo
The live demo page will only available as long as directus free trial active. When its expired, it will be replaced by video demo instead. # In real use case, this app will need an authentication and authorization. But since this is a proof of concept and for the sake of brevity, i don't think we need to implement it.
