Added Documentation
Updated Docker image tag to the latest version (to date)
Added extraEnvVars
Added PUBLIC_URL based on Ingress
Updated Ingress manifest to support networking.k8s.io/v1
Added GitHub Action to publish Helm Chart to GitHub Pages - NOTE this requires gh-pages empty branch in order to work as is. However, the Helm Chart can be published using other methods so this is up to discussion.

@xontab this is great! Thank you for all the effort! Looks good to me. I will attempt to try it out next week, but for now it looks like great progress. I am running a couple of installations with plain manifests - I will kill and resuscitate them via the chart and see how we get on, but I think it's OK to merge for now.
