I needed LMIC_selectSubBand(1) set in setup() in the USA #1

Initially, I was getting this error in the Arduino 2.0 console/output: EV_JOIN_TXCOMPLETE: no JoinAccept whenever I tried to connect. After I added LMIC_selectSubBand(1) immediately following LMIC_setClockError it started working.

I realize you're probably not working on this project anymore but wanted to submit this in case anyone has this issue.

Made that edit to the code, will test with my devices when I get a chance.
