feeder-update logic issues #225

This PR as it is not complete, just to illustrate the issues.

So this should move everything over and enable the correct services during an update.

Ok i had way too many commits in here that aren't that critical ... i reduced it to the relevant commit.

Ok let's go with the complete set of changes then. I'll test fresh builds as well once they are done.

Well possibly i introduced a dietpi issue will have to test some more.

Nvm at least updating from 2.1.0 works fine for both raspbian and dietpi. Will now check the fresh build.
