Request: Provide a Privacy Policy for Base Image #226

It would be good to include a privacy policy for the base image that declares what data is provided to ADSB.im services, as well as to other integrated services such as the OS updates, tailscale, docker hub (if used), etc. and etc. and then inform the user if they are able to opt out of any of the ADSB.im services.

I felt that this was already covered in the existing privacy policy, but ended up doing some rewording to make it more explicit what statistical data is collected. Let me know if you feel this is insufficient.
