Wifi config hotpot issues #227

raspi64 on a Pi 4, using v2.1.1-beta.3(beta); a few issues we've discussed before with the config hotspot, and a few new ones:

SSID list contains duplicates (caused by repeaters, I suspect)
SSID select element doesn't have clear indication it's a dropdown (no down arrow on right side of select input)
SSID list splits an SSID with a space in the name into multiple entries ("Example Name" becomes "Example" and "Name")
Spaces in passwords don't work (even\ if\ escaping\ manually)

... there might be another issue at play with this build; I wasn't able to get it connected to my wifi using the RiPi imager and providing the network configuration via that either.

I was able to get it working using the last stable build ( adsb-im-raspberrypi64-pi-2-3-4-5-v2.1.0.img ) which had a dropdown indicator for the SSID list, and accepted the password with spaces in it without having to escape anything.
