Updated TailwindCSS to 3.3.2

line-clamp plugin was included in tailwind in 3.3.0. Before Tailwind 3.3.0 line-clamp was an extra plugin. see: https://github.com/tailwindlabs/tailwindcss/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md#330---2023-03-27
