Option to remove all courses from timetable when semester ends #40

Closed Siedlerchr closed 11 years ago

Hey,

I would like to have the feature to remove alll courses from my timetable with one single click, when the semester ends. Currently I have to select each course and tutorium, to remove it. BTW: When can I acces the new summer-semester coursse from Paul? Does it only work, when the registration for the summer-semeter coures is open in Paul or what are the factors it depends on?

Regards, Siedlerchr

Last time we checked (beginning Feb) no new courses were available. We will add the new courses to iUPB this weekend or the weekend after. We will then - for everybody - delete all old courses from timetables and make them unavailable in the search, so you just might wait a lil bit instead of doing it manually :)

@dirkschumacher Skype saturday before 4pm or sunday after 4pm regarding this?

(also, course events should only be shown in your timetable when they occur and not every week including the holidays... so they should automatically disapear from your calendar after the semester. didn't that work as expected?)

Okay, thanks for the information. Yes, the coures disappeared in my timetable, but they were still listed under my timetable. That was my intention, about deleting all courses.

if you tell me your e-mail registered at iUPB (here or via support@yippie.io) I can delete all your courses right now :smirk_cat:

Thanks for that service, but I have done it already some days ago while looking if the new courses are online. :)

Hi, I just want you to remeber, that tomorrow starts the registration phase for the summer semester. It would be nice to have the new courses in i-upb before the new semester starts officially on april, to have a better planning. And then I have another question, for example the module M.184.1201 (BWL B) consists of three sub-groubs ( A, B and C). In practice, that means, 3 appointsments a week. How do they get displayed in the timetable?

Thanks in advance for your answers. Regards, Siedlerchr

new courses are online. they will be extended and updated during the next weeks. "bwl" will usually show up for the three groups, but I haven't found it yet in our database... I will look into that one later this week
