Feature request: Ignore episode #110

Hi,

Now this is probably not going to happen, because really the underlying change
should happen to myepisodes itself.

However, it gas been requested there and they don't seem to have time to
implement, so I wondered if it's something you'd want to tackle.

Link to their forum: http://www.myepisodes.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=156

The idea, is that there are certain episodes of series that you don't want on
your watch or acquire lists, but that you also do not want to mark as watched
because you haven't. For example the recap episodes of shows like Lost. Or just
old seasons of a show that you've begin to watch recently. You may want to go
back and watch later, but don't want them to clutter up where you are now. So
it would be great to ignore an episode, like you can ignore a show.

You would obviously have to store this info separately, and then any time you
retrieve the data from myepisodes, cross reference. Like I said, may not be
worth it, but I thought I'd all it here.

P.S. Or if you have any contacts there, see if thwy would implement it. :)

After reading issue 103, I realize this won't work as well as I had hoped,
since once the RSS feed only limits you to 200. So you might ignore all those
epiosdes on the app side, but since myepisodes itself has no idea, it would
still return that and then you would only show an empty list.

I guess this falls back into the camp of convincing myepisodes to include this
feature.

Indeed, that's not something we cannot do. We will have to wait for them to
start working on such a feature. Otherwise we are stuck :)
