Episodes with a past airing date should not be shown.

Relying on the phone's date is acceptable since by default android phones sync 
system time to time-server. (And those who turned time sync off may should 
suffer the consequences. :) )

Added a simple check if date of episode is after today (phone date). Fixed!

I'd prefer if the earliest date to show was today not tomorrow. Also would be 
useful to be able to mark items from the upcoming list as aquired/watched since 
some episodes become available before its US air date.
