Ramdom episode picker #115

I would like a function that MyEpisodes Manager shows an episode you need to 
watch next (random pick).

In settings add a option 'Random episode picker'. Show in the next screen the 
random show + episodename and an option to mark it as watched.

I'm too lazy to choose myself, that's why I want this feature ;).

First we need to pay attention to changing the layout of the application. More 
on that later. But once that's done I have some ideas for implementing this one

In order for the user to always a random episode picker available it's better 
if the user doesn't have to wait for all episodes to be loaded. Therefore it's 
better if we implement this just after the offline usage feature
