Acquire list in 'yesterday only' mode not (fully?) functional #125

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
I have 0 episodes to acquire when set to show episodes from yesterday instead
of all time. I guess it only uses the 'yesterday' feed while it should use both
'yesterday' and 'today' feed and show their combined items.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was expected to see 2 episodes to acquire, which are aired today dawn at
Hungarian time (yesterday night US time).
I saw 0 episodes.

What version of the application are you using?
1.7.2

FYI I don't know if this makes any difference, but I set up 16 hours delay on
my episodes. (However the two aforementioned episodes do show up in my today
rss feed. 0 episodes show up in my yesterday rss feed)

We should indeed do a merge of both feeds (yesterday and all-time).

For your 16hours delay I think you have to specify your time-zone in your
settings on MyEpisodes.com!

Please include _today_ feed aswell for this is the one I actually need 99% of
the time.

When it works it does show up correctly, but it keeps reverting back to show
all episodes:
First off: if I set to only show yesterday's eps, I need to force close the app
for the change to take effect, refreshing the unacquired list,or suspending the
app is not enough.
If the yesterday's list is empty it switches back to show all* [200] (the
setting in preferencies stays checked at yesterday's list) and when the
yesterday's list has items again it does not switch back to show those (unless
app is force closed and restarted, then it's ok again.)

Also managed to revert to show all (200) some other ways, (if I remember
correctly: I marked an episode acquired in upcoming [while testing issue 124
:)] then refreshing the watch list). Again FC-ing the app is needed to function
properly (showing only yesterday's items).

*Ok, this might by an intended feature, but if it so, some notification sure
would be nice, and as I said before, does not revert back, when yesterday's
list stops being empty.

Also: changing acquire mode in preferences does not automatically refreshes the
acquire list (tested by changing _from_ yesterday's _to_ all). Manually
refreshing does work OK in this occasion. (The other way around is buggy, see
my prev comment).

Manually refreshing works in new beta (not automaticly from settings, working
on it).

Now it works as expected (minus of course the auto-refresh). Thx
