200+ option doesn't work #145

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Activate the 200+ option 
2. Go to the aquire list 
3. Only 200 episodes are visible 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the application are you using?

What version of Android are you using?
CM 10.1 
What device/smartphone are you using?
Galaxy S2
