Fill space left of episode #41

In the collapsable list view the space on the left of the episode details 
is empty. I would like to see this being filled with an image of the 
episode or something. To get find an image per episode the TVRage service 
could be used as already explained in pending Issue 12.

With the issue for marking several episodes at once this issue will be solved. 
A checkbox will be on the left side of the episodes
