Notification in preferences screen to restart app #45

In the preferences screen a notification should be added to notify the user 
that the application should be restarted or the list should be reloaded after 
changing a preference!

Done, when leaving the preferences screen the appliation gives an 'attention' 
dialog 
telling you to restart the application or reload the list of shows and episodes!
