threading when loading data #6

Whenever loading data/doing HTTP calls threading in combination with an on
screen loader needs to shown!

Will not be fixed as only the login does not have a progress bar yet. As (even 
on
very slow connections) the login procedure does not take that long and you 
normally
only login once and a while the very small time witouth a progress/loading bar 
does
not bother.
