Default tab preference #85

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

This is a request from the Market comments:

When opening the application the watch-tab is default opened. In the
preferences we should be able to configure which tab to open by default.

When opening the application the correct tab get's started, however, tab 1
always gets loaded!!! Only the default tab should be loaded upon starting the
application

As the watch-tab is always the first tab it will always be loaded first too!

If you change this setting and start the app, the screen goes first to black.
Can that be fixed?

Ivo,

what exactly do you mean by going black? I cannot reproduce this!

change the tab settings -> go to android settings - manage application -> force
stop MyEpisodes -> start it again.

First black, then I see a tab flashing, not very nice ;).

Maybe it's better if you change this setting to acquire / coming, the acquire /
coming tab will be the first tab (only tab that's loading).

Ok I could prevent the application from loading the first tab so what I did is
what you (Ivo) suggested. Now when changing the default tab preference the
selected tab becomes the first tab in the application. To be tested in nightly
build 15.
