Wait for the email with the German translations, if received implement the 
initial tranlsations (translations for 1.6.1 only)

Received the translations.

Remark: I translated all relevant Strings, the new XML file is attached. Only 
thing left is the changelog, but I'll do this just before the release.

German implemented.
Can be tested in nightly build 1.7.0-0006!
