Dark color scheme option #93

On the MyEpisode forum thread 
(http://www.myepisodes.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=4234#4233) incident request a 
new feature to be able to change the white color scheme to a dark one (default 
black ok?).

"It'd be good to have an option for an alternative darker colour scheme - it 
can make a huge difference to battery usage on devices with AMOLED screens. "

If it makes that much of a difference on AMOLED screens we should consider this 
one!

This is the default black theme.
If this screen is ok, it's simple to implement.

What do you think?

Fast service today.. Done!
Light is standard, option for Dark theme in settings.
