Migrate Wiki pages to a new documentation area #754

The GitHub Wiki pages are cumbersome to work with. In the Moira repo, I've deleted all Wiki pages and migrated their contents to a new documentation area generated with Sphinx: The result is pretty neat.

Something similar should be done for vAmiga.

New vAmiga documentation is online. I will add new content occasionally.
