Gnome web (epiphany) scrollbar issue #67

Hi congrats for the theme. It's great to have it on Gnome ! I'm getting a slight imperfection^^ on Epiphany (Gnome web browser). Scrollbar is too thin compared to its "container" (I don't know how to call it). capture d ecran de 2016-11-28 23-48-43
