gtk2 scrollbar fixes #75

Fixed some gtk2 issues with the scrollbar. The breeze dark scrollbar had buttons on it before just thrown on the top and bottom, and the scrollbars did not go all the way to the top.

You should be aware that this repository is no longer up to date. Breeze GTK is now in upstream KDE, so merging these changes would essentially be fruitless. We kept this repo around just to stage experimental stuff and kind of forgot about it. Apologies for the misunderstanding, I'll add this info to the README.
