Rust works very well on Cmder. Would you be open to supporting this environment?

You probably mean cmder.app, unless you mean Rust works very well on retirement funds. However, what do you mean by supporting cmder? While it provides Unix utilities, it doesn't provide a Unix environment, i.e. your user directories will still be the supported Windows ones.
