Description of the change

I changed the Kubernetes versions in the GitHub Actions Workflow to the currently supported Kubernetes versions.

Benefits

Getting the check for all supported k8s versions, and current patch releases.

Possible drawbacks

Unsupported Kubernetes versions are not covered.
