Now weekend forecast shows probabilities, even when day is finished and it is not clear what type of weather was during day stages.

Actual weather is shown in analysis. But I get your point.

For those "watching live" I think the actual weather should be revealed when the rally day starts (i.e. right after managers are locked from making any changes)

It has been implemented in a rally notifications. 1/2 done.
