Strange comments from driver in shakedown #23

Gearbox is set to 9 (longest possible) and the comment is: "Not enough top speed, let's make gears longer"..

Seems like all (most?) setup numbers are inverted: Gearbox 9 (comment: need longer), changed to 6 -> ok. With car height at 9 recommends more height etc...
