Show training summary after training session #25

Which skills changed and how much. Also sometimes there are very strange skills changes after training. For example, I had garage training and only 2 skills changed (in my opinion not related with tech) - concentration +1%, reflex -1%...

Different training sessions seems very inadequate - other driver had snow training. Skill changes: concentration +1%, reflex +2%, orientation +1%, tarmac -1%, snow +4%, night driving +1%, stenography +1%, pacenotes +1%, technical insight +2% (most strange). Total increase is 12%, compared to 0% with garage training for the other crew... Also decrease in skills after training does not look very sensible. Skills can decrease over time if not trained in any way (tests/shakedowns/competitions), but for example driving on snow makes you a better driver overall, not only on snow. Emotions-related skills can decrease in competition after bad results, but now there might be decrease even after reaching 1st place.
