Quantity box in Tire storage/purchase #27

When buying tires, it would be helpful to have quantity field, e.g. buy 6 sets of ice tires at once (instead of clicking "Buy" and then "OK" 6 times). Similarly, "Dispose all" button would be helpful. Or alternatively a checkbox list to select which tires to dispose and then clicking on "dispose" only once.

This is same request as: https://github.com/dirtrally/issue-tracker/issues/16 Plus you have mentioned Dispose all, which I didn't think about yet :) :+1:
