After shakedown best setup is used only for day 1 #32

For day 2 and 3 different setups are used by default (not sure where from these numbers are taken).

At the moment, you have to click SET in shakedown page in order to set setup for all days. 2 and 3 days left there from the previous rally event.

Car setup for all days are updated whenever we go shakedown from now on. "Set" method is still active. Car setup changes are available from "rally strategy" page as always.
