More realistic money from sponsors for press release #5

Money for press release should be paid after the week end, not after each message. Also messages could support 'like'/'unlike' features and team would get more money if they get more likes. Each additional message would give less money each time (to avoid flooding or making more money from writing instead of driving).

:+1: That's the way I wanted to implement that, but due to lack of time, I did it that way. So our ideas are the same :)

It became a supporter feature, so only supporters could like/unlike it. Money award for writing pressos was turned off for the same reason.
