Allow uploading images for team/crew/mechanics #8

This is planned, but only as a supporter feature.

Team logo upload - done. Change faces of crew & mechanics isn't very logical as we try to keep consistency between images in the project. If we allow to upload faces to anyone, page would be like a rainbow. It is possible to change mechanic name and nationality though.
