server installs beta reguardless of: true or false #52

Using the initial "install wizard" or manually editing the manager-config.ini, when choosing to play the non beta build, the beta version is installed regardless.

using this command to try an install the non-beta version does not work either

./steamcmd/steamcmd.sh +login anonymous +force_install_dir serverfiles +app_update 565060 validate +quit
