As a user I want to create and publish contributions and be able to target all pages on a site, or add the homepage to the targeting, as well as seeing a preview of my message.

New features (against v1 / https://github.com/dis-moi/contribution-interface/issues/4):

message preview
option to extend targeting to the whole site
option to add the homepage to the targeting
publishing confirmation popup (over dashboard)
