Contribution guides channel #717

I consider starting a channel to propose a link to the contribution guide or similar page a project proposes.

Currently, this page exists : https://www.dismoi.io/informer/ . Yet it's more a presentation then a guide. I remember you also told about an issue to inform people there is a delay before their contribution will be published. But I can't find it.

Maybe I'm wrong but I think what's @jibe-b is proposing is a "Contributor" that would post notices on any project websites to propose the visitor to contribute to it.

Example:

As a visitor I browse to www.dismoi.io website,
Then I see a notice saying:
" If you are a developer, you can help dismoi development by reading the guidelines https://github.com/dis-moi/extension/blob/master/docs/CONTRIBUTING.md"
