[ext] change Record list filtering #399

  1. Set in config a field from form
  2. Change list record to include that field in-place of current id field.
  3. Change list filter to use field

Tested on the netlify link and it works well!I do not think sharing my instance ID will help other people testing because the records do not get downloaded to the device data collection module.

So whoever wants to test the filtering by household name will have to create the records manually to search/filter for them

Correct. As part of configuration, admin chooses the field to use. As part of training, the recorders get shown they can find records by filling in household-head name (or location).
