No 'Update geodata' message showing #476

I was on NAM instance ID was "giqerute-536" version 1.2.12-103-g2f96742

There was updated geodata available, but it didn't direct @TNgidi to update it.

@Nicolaidavies can you confirm you bumped the geodata version in the config?

Could be the internet which is very slow today. I am getting 51 kb/s from fast.com

We have a property called spatial_hierarchy.data_version that we need to bump every time we make a change to the geodata.

I just bumped nam staging and it forced me to update geodata.

This is far from ideal, but we can solve the new nam geodata not updating by bumping this number.

We should version each layer of geodata separately. Probably want to create a new card for a new feature.

So every time we change any geodata we need to bump that number. I’m fine with this approach for now.
