(Doesn't really live in any repo...)

[x] configure some DNS demo.disarm.io?
[x] update static users file
[x] set up some branches on old douma-api and douma-app repos to keep changes separate
[x] open ports on Google console
[x] get runnning local: app, server, MongoDB
[x] get running remote
[x] caddy, or some way to serving app and server with HTTPS
[x] create a basic configuration file, copied from MOZ
[x] figure how to serve/host the configuration (see below)

Note on configuration

Can we include it statically, so there's no reliance on any external config-server instance? If we deploy the currently deployed (i.e. NAM and BWA instance) douma-api server, then it relies on the registry.netlify.com service.

On static config - can look at the fake_server stuff, and potentially use a local file.
for caddy, look at https://hub.docker.com/r/abiosoft/caddy/

@TNgidi can you give this demo a spin? See what problems you find. Let's discuss before we start logging any issues for fixing.

For reference:

there are new branches named demo-app on both the old douma-api and douma-app repos
tried to keep changes/commits to a minimum
abiosoft/caddy-docker was super useful, e.g. docker run --rm -v $(pwd):/install -e PLUGINS=git,filemanager abiosoft/caddy:builder to build caddy
