Could you in Readme provide some comparison with other tools such as UA Cyber SHIELD https://github.com/opengs/uashield/blob/master/README-en.md or any other listed in https://github.com/danieldanielecki/IT-ARMY-of-Ukraine-Resources-in-English/blob/2ae2eb2f05a4c687916c874a21285b3065b3784d/README.md#distributed-denial-of-service-attack-ddos-attack-instruction. Should I install Liberator or some other tool? Please provide both pros and cons from effectiveness to impact target sites as well from user convenience points of view.
BTW: as disbalancer-project has only one repository without source code, it cause suspicion is your tool indeed target Russian sites.
